Residency is open to applicants regardless of socioeconomic level, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or national origin.

ICF/IDD Program Only

Down Home Ranch evaluates potential residents based on (1) their compatibility with the people already residing in the home and (2) their ability to benefit from and contribute to the unique community that is Down Home Ranch and the programs we offer.

All other factors being equal, a potential Rancher who has been on the list longer will be offered residency before those who have been on the list a shorter time. This does not include HCS.
