Help us transform the pavilion into a special event venue for campers and staff!  Think of it like a red-carpet event…we want our campers to feel special and celebrated at the banquet! Volunteers are welcome to get as creative as they would like with pavilion decor, theme appropriate costumes, dinner music and/or entertainment…the possibilities for fun are endless!!

 

Volunteer activities include:

Decorating the pavilion

Plating meals alongside kitchen staff

Serving campers/staff a sit-down dinner 

Refilling drinks

Clearing empty plates

Moving tables

 

Dinner will be served at 6pm.  Immediately following, tables will be cleared to create a dance floor!  Volunteers are welcome to stay for the Camp Dance from 7-9pm.
